Ms. Carmen KAN Wai-mun is a Legislative Council Member and General Counsel of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. Ms. Kan is one of the first batch of lawyers qualified in Hong Kong and the Mainland of the People's Republic of China. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong (LLB, First Class Honours) and School of Public Policy & Management, Tsinghua University (Executive Master in Public Administration). For many years, she managed a banking group's legal & compliance, as well as operational risks and technology risks and is highly acclaimed in the industry.
